*** Assist the Project Manager in supervising the project through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.

* Master Project Documentation:
Gain proficiency in preparing, processing, and managing all essential project documentation. This includes files, schedules, reports, billing, and more.
* Complete Submittals and Close-Outs:
Ensure project completion by handling submittals and close-outs meticulously.

** Qualifications and Education Requirements
*** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Two (2) year degree in electrical construction, construction management, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
* National Electrical Code knowledge.
* Drawing/blueprint reading and specification experience preferred.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word computer skills.
* Bluebeam and CAD experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet daily deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Valid driver’s license required.
** Physical Requirements
*** This position operates at an industrial job site and is exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise, possibly requiring closed toed shoes, as well as occasional use of a hard hat and eye protection.
* This position also operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers.
* Employees are frequently required to sit, and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or crawl.
* This position requires the ability to lift files, open file cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
* This position may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
** Pay Range:**$61,750.00 - $85,500.00
