Project Executive – Mechanical Construction – Rochester, MN | Full-Time Leadership Opportunity
Confidential Opportunity – Partnered with a Top Nationwide Mechanical Contractor
We are partnered with a nationally recognized mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide operational leadership, financial oversight, and strategic direction for large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in operations, team development, business growth, and complex project execution.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Project Managers and operational teams
- Oversee project financials, labor productivity, forecasting, and risk management
- Drive safety culture, project execution, and operational excellence
- Support business development, estimating, and strategic growth initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, GCs, vendors, and key clients
- Oversee preconstruction, planning, scheduling, and project turnover activities
- Participate in PM reviews, negotiations, staffing, and workforce planning
- 10+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and construction operations
- Experience leading teams, managing financial performance, and supporting business growth
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
- Experience with project management and construction software platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Lead large-scale mechanical projects across major markets
- Strong compensation, bonus structure, and leadership visibility
