Jobtailor is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to lead daily lab and facility operations. You will oversee equipment, vendor relationships, and EHS compliance to ensure safety and efficiency across the Bio Labs network.
You will manage onboarding/offboarding for resident companies and participate in continuous improvement of processes and safety protocols. This role requires on-call availability and strong leadership across technical staff.
