Reporting directly to the Regional Executive Director, the Executive Director will serve as the senior leader of Rochester Recovery Behavioral Health, overseeing the Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, and Operations Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and shape a new center from the ground up — building culture, developing leaders, establishing community relationships, driving growth, and creating an exceptional experience for clients and employees.

• Provide visionary leadership rooted in compassion, accountability, stability, and excellence
• Build and maintain a strong, high-performing team culture
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, client-centered care
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, state, and federal regulations
• Partner with Admissions, Revenue, and Insurance teams to support safe, seamless admissions
• Drive occupancy growth and continuously improve the client experience
• Develop and manage budgets while maintaining fiscal responsibility
• Coach, mentor, and develop senior leadership staff
• Maintain facility and grounds standards through proactive oversight
• Build strong partnerships within the Rochester community and surrounding areas
• Review and authorize contracts and agreements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and growth

We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused leader who understands how to balance people, performance, and purpose.

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Health, or related field
• Senior leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare
• Proven experience in program development, strategic planning, and fiscal management
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, state, and federal regulatory standards
• Experience leading multidisciplinary leadership teams
• Contract negotiation and compliance oversight experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Health, or related field
• 5+ years of senior management or executive leadership experience
• Current CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test
