Agropur

Regular, Full‑time position in Le Sueur, MN. This role maintains processing and packaging equipment to keep the plant running safely and in compliance with regulations.

• Starting Rate: $29.22 hourly
• Two pay increases within a year, up to $1.00
• Schedule 2-2-3 6am to 6pm, double time pay on Sunday

• Perform regular and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, grounds, and facilities in compliance with SOPs, GMP, and OSHA safety policies.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment during production.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Assist in repair, update, and installation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete and update work orders using in‑house systems.
• Maintain routine and preventive records and logs.
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining quality.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance/upkeep as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all plant area processes.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

• Perform work accurately, reliably, thoroughly, timely, and within safety guidelines.
• Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow safety protocols: stop unsafe acts, report hazards, support safety policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school coursework/degree in boiler (not LSC), welding, electrical, HVAC maintenance preferred.

• Minimum two (2) years of maintenance/repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
