Job Title

Packager – Food Manufacturing

Responsible for staging ingredients, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring products meet quality, sanitation, and GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment.

• Stage and blend ingredients according to approved formulas and procedures
• Operate and monitor powder, liquid, and culture packaging equipment
• Perform equipment setup, operation, shutdown, and routine checks
• Complete quality checks including screens, metal detectors, and documentation
• Clean and sanitize equipment per established sanitation guidelines
• Follow all GMP, safety, and food quality requirements
• Support production flow through material handling and packaging tasks

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or manufacturing/production environments
• Ability to stand for extended (12-hour) shifts
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently
• Experience operating or supporting packaging or production equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records

Full-time role in a regulated food production setting with rotating shifts, requiring standing, lifting, equipment operation, and strict adherence to sanitation and GMP standards.

Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $24.25/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester, MN.

This position is anticipated to close on May 31, 2026.
