SummaryPrepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set‑up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.
Responsibilities- Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment
- Verifies kits, enters batch lot information, packages and labels accessory items according to documented instructions
- Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling
- Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance
- Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision
- Might assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies
- Notifies leadership of any shutdown situations
- Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and links subassemblies to final unit
- Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required
- All employees are responsible for the quality of their work to ensure BEI meets or exceeds customer satisfaction
- Disassembles, repairs and reassembles units in certified repair operations
- Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of SI experience
- Ability to perform repair or test; some heavy mechanical assembly
- Demonstrate good component recognition skills
- Understanding of basic computer skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
- Will work overtime as needed
- Works with diverse groups
- Participates in continuous improvement activities
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math

Compensation Range$17.62 to $22.03 USD plus shift differential.
