What You’ll Do- Assemble small components by following computer‑based work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to build and secure parts safely and accurately
- Operate basic assembly equipment when needed
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Comfort working with small parts and tools
- Basic computer skills for viewing work orders and logging work
- Clean, climate‑controlled work environment
- Hands‑on training and clear instructions
- Steady schedule and consistent work
1st Shift: 5:30am-4pm (M-TH)
2nd Shift: 3:45pm-1:30am (M-TH)
WE (4th Shift): 5:30am-6pm (Friday - Sunday)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
