Responsibilities
Summary:
Maintains inventory warehouse physically and electronically, and kits parts and components based on documentation for production assembly.
- Verifies item counts in ERP system by cycle counting per established schedule
- Timely and accurate kitting of jobs
- Responds to inventory requests by AI personnel
- Maintains incoming and outgoing inventory items daily
- Notifies purchaser of shortages or overages to assist in controlling stocking levels
- Maintenance of Kanban system
- Assists with receiving incoming materials when necessary
- All other tasks as assigned by manager
High School diploma, good math skills, ability to multitask, work independently, understanding of Kanban system, computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
