Paclaging Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Req Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:
Machine Operator

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $22.25/hour on Days, $24.25/hour on Nights

Shift: Rotating 12 hour Dayshift & Rotating 12 hour Night shift

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate packaging equipment to maximize efficiency and product quality
• Monitor machinery during operation to detect and address malfunctions or defects
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production tasks

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
