2nd Shift Plant Manager

Reichel Foods is a fast paced, growing FDA and USDA food processor and manufacturer. We have been in business since 1997. Our mission is to create innovative and tasty snack and meal items for those on the go. We are currently hiring a 2 nd shift Production Manager.

• Supervise 2nd-shift food manufacturing operations, overseeing production staff to ensure daily output, quality, and safety targets were achieved.
• Supervise and train production employees, team leads, and machine operators in compliance with food safety and GMP requirements.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinated staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, USDA, SQF and company food safety standards.
• Investigated production issues, implemented corrective actions, and reduced waste and product defects.
• Conducted shift meetings, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborated with maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse, and sanitation teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Analyze production metrics, labor utilization, and equipment performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory documentation, and regulatory compliance reports.
• Improve productivity, safety performance, and employee engagement through process optimization and leadership development.

• Proven success in a food manufacturing setting is preferred
