Job Description & How to Apply Below

Tired of the same old routine? We're looking for an Industrial Engineer who thrives on solving complex bottlenecks and owning projects from start to finish.

About the Position

We are hiring an Industrial Engineer to join our growing team and make an immediate impact on our manufacturing operations. This is not a desk job where you are a small cog in a massive machine. We operate with a lean, agile mindset, meaning you will have the autonomy to own projects from cradle to grave. You will be on the shop floor, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing layouts, and implementing real changes that drive our business forward.

If you are looking for a role with broad scope, high visibility, and a clear path to leadership, this is where you belong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification of issues impeding product flow and apply lean principles to alleviate process bottlenecks and reduce work in progress.
  • Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, sequences, layouts, and overall production flow.
  • Develop detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure the timely completion of improvement projects and savings goals.
  • Design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize the utilization of our plant and manufacturing facilities.
  • Act as a key owner and stakeholder of equipment capital expenditures, including design, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands‑on Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply throughput improvement processes and LEAN principles.
  • Experience owning projects end-to-end, from concept and equipment sourcing to layout and final implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train, influence, and gain buy-in from production teams.

Join our team and help us build the future of our manufacturing capabilities. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and make a tangible difference, apply now!
