Production Associates
for both
full-time permanent
and
temporary seasonal
positions.
Full-time hours
May–December 2026
Potential to transition into a permanent full-time position
Must be at least 17 years old
Starting pay: $16.50/hour
Shift differential up to $1.25/hour
Eligible for an end-of-season bonus

Job SummaryProduction Associates are customer-focused team members who help ensure every order meets Koozie Group's quality standards. In this role, you'll help manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare customized promotional products for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
What You'll DoRead and follow Manufacturing Orders to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Inspect products for quality, print clarity, color accuracy, and defects.
Package finished products according to shipping requirements.
Prepare orders accurately for shipment.
Complete production logs and other required documentation.
Maintain an organized work area and inventory.
Assist with routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers.
Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and report concerns promptly.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and math skills).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.
Physical RequirementsStand for extended periods.
Reach, bend, twist, and grasp throughout the shift.
Frequently lift 40–45 pounds
, with team lifts for heavier items.
Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as business needs require.
