West Fraser is hiring Production Technicians for our Bemidji, MN OSB mill. This on-site role focuses on operating OSB production equipment, forklift handling of product flow, and maintaining safety and quality to meet production targets.
You will work a 12-hour rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. Competitive pay starts at $30/hr, rising to $33/hr after 120 days, plus comprehensive benefits from day one.
