Production Supervisor

Branding Iron Holdings is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Holstein, IA food manufacturing facility. In this on-site role, you will oversee a production team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output of prepared meat and protein products. Responsibilities include managing staff and schedules, monitoring HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a safety-first culture.
