Dessert Holdings is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift at our Le Center, MN facility. The role coaches hourly associates, resolves issues, and serves as a link between the shop floor and plant management. You will oversee production with emphasis on quality, safety, productivity, sanitation, and waste control.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and ensure SOPs and GMPs are followed while managing daily objectives and huddles with the team.
