Pay Range: $22.25/hour
Shift: Rotating 12 hour rotating Dayshift
What's the Job?
- Safely set-up and operate packaging equipment to maximize efficiency and product quality
- Monitor machinery during operation to detect and address malfunctions or defects
- Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production tasks
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
