What You’ll Do- Assemble precision components including sensors, flexible circuits, heaters, and other small electronic parts.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.
- Use small hand tools to work with delicate parts.
- Stay focused in a fast-paced environment while producing consistent, high-quality work.
- Perform repetitive tasks with strong hand-eye coordination.
- Detail-oriented
, dependable, and committed to doing things right. - Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small parts.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
- Basic soldering experience is a plus—but not required

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
