Summary
Prepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set‑up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.
Responsibilities- Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment
- Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, packages and labels accessory items according to documented instructions
- Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling
- Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance
- Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision
- May assemble a variety of systems integration sub‑assemblies
- Notifies leadership of any shut‑down situations
- Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and links sub‑assemblies to final unit
- Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required
- All employees are responsible for the quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction
- Disassembles, repairs and reassembles units in certified repair operations
- Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of systems integration experience
- Ability to perform repair or test; some heavy mechanical assembly
- Good component recognition skills
- Basic computer skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work with diverse groups
- Participation in continuous improvement activities
- Read, write and perform basic math

$17.62 to $22.03 USD plus shift differential
