Ampact is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator for the Heading Home Corps program in Rochester, Minnesota. In this role, you will assist individuals facing homelessness by providing guidance and connecting them with necessary resources. Full-time positions (40 hours/week) are available from September 2026 to July 2027, with part-time options at 25 hours per week. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, be dependable, and possess basic computer skills.
Training will be provided, and you'll make a significant impact in the community.
