Northbridge Community Church in Rochester, MN is seeking a Youth Pastor to launch and lead a biblically grounded student ministry for grades 6–12. You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers, build a clear discipleship pathway, and partner with parents to disciple the next generation.
Reporting to the Lead Pastor, you will collaborate with elders and staff, expand programming beyond Sundays, manage a growing ministry budget, and provide pastoral care to students and families as Northbridge
