We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our Acute Rehab Unit. This is a permanent, full‑time position offering a rewarding opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in need of acute rehabilitation.

• Oversee daily operations of the Acute Rehab Unit, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and standards of care are adhered to.
• Coordinate and direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating patient care delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Ensure the Acute Rehab Unit is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operation of the unit.
• Provide clinical leadership in emergencies and act as a role model for nursing staff.

• Current and valid RN license.
• Proven experience in a supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• BLS required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
