A leading surgical services group in Winona, MN, is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA. This is a surgery ONLY position.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Surgical Time: 25-35 hours per week.
Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic or rounding required.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of robotics experience in neurosurgery or ortho spine.
Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage.
