A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with internal medicine physicians to provide holistic care, including acute, chronic, preventive, and palliative services to patients in private homes and senior living centers. The NP/PA will conduct comprehensive evaluation, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and treatments, offer non-pharmacologic therapies, and provide patient counseling. Ideal candidates have a background in Palliative Care, Primary Care, and/or Geriatrics.
QualificationsNew graduates not considered. Minimum 2+ years APP experience.
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited nursing school and NP program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as FNP, ANP, or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited PA program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as PA by MN State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications: Active BLS and ACLS certification; DEA registration required.
Compensation and ScheduleSalary: $95,896.32 - $ / year (at a .8 FTE)
Schedule:
Full Time, Monday‑Friday 8‑5, with limited Saturday hours 8‑12.
