We are recruiting for CNA candidates to join our team.

• AM: 6 am–2 pm
• PM: 2 pm–10 pm
• NOC: 10 pm–6 am

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines.
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.
• Address problems identified in the patient care plan.

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families and professional/regulatory agents.
