Job Overview
Fairview is looking for a Staffing Advisor at our Fairview Midway Corporate Campus in St Paul! The main goal of this role will be to help daily staffing needs in helping to find coverage for call-offs or short-staffing by using staffing grids in compliance with hospital policies, the department budget and staffing plan. This will require a high attention to detail as well as a fast paced energy!
Aboutthis position
Hours: 56 hours (0.7 FTE) every two weeks and is benefit eligible
Schedule: Night Shift – 8‑hour shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
Location: Onsite at the Fairview Midway Campus, 1700 University Avenue in Saint Paul

- Ability to use PC, network applications and staffing software applications
- Ability to organize details
- Ability to work independently and multi‑task while providing excellent customer service to all levels of staff, outside agencies and contracts
- Customer Service Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- One to three years of staffing experience in an acute health care hospital setting
