Registered Nurse (RN)

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor, and families.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in long‑term or post‑acute care preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

• Starting pay between $40–$45/hr. based on experience.
• Shift differentials: PMs +$0.50/hr; NOCs +$1.00/hr.
• Flexible wage adjustments based on staffing needs.
• $5,250 annual tuition reimbursement / student loan repayment.
