Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Rochester Rehab & Living Center

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Night 6:30 pm – 6:30 am, every 3rd weekend

Qualifications:

• Current CNA licensure in MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
• Long‑term care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person‑centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
