• Executes 30/60 day supervisory field visits in accordance with MN Board of Nursing regulations
• Supervises caregivers in home activity in accordance with MN Board of Nursing regulations
• Conducts re-assessments and update care plans as needed
• Provides triage and on call support for clients when needed
• Supports caregiver training initiatives combining traditional in service & our proprietary online Caregiver University
• MARS/TARS
• Safety in the workplace
• Report problem areas to company superiors

• Current MN RN license in good standing MN
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Current Drivers License and Insured Automobile, ability to travel daily

• Conveys professionalism and is comfortable interacting with clients, their families and referral sources.
• Must be able to function with autonomously, multi-task, problem solve and make decisions on a timely basis.
• Must be comfortable with administrative responsibilities and possess modest computer skills

• Rotating after hours and/or weekend client visits
• Must be readily available via phone for staff/client/aide communication throughout employment
• Starting Part time with ability to work up to full time hours
  
  Rotating on call schedule for 24/7 emergency line
