Mytcp is looking for a Hospice RN – Community Visit Nurse based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This part-time position offers the chance to grow into full-time as your caseload increases. You will visit patients in their homes, manage symptoms, and provide emotional support at one of life’s most critical moments.
Additionally, the role promotes flexible scheduling and a collaborative work environment within a CHAP-accredited program. Experience in hospice care is preferred, and you must have a valid driver’s license.
