Travel RN - Long-Term Care; LTC

Overview

We're looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate travel opening in Canby, MN. The right RN should have 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Read below for more requirements.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• At least 1 year of RN experience in a Long-Term Care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Eligible for State licensure
• Additional certifications may be required

RNs in long-term care should be compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex patient needs in a team-focused environment.
