20.00 - Salary Range: $36.00 – $48.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (available)

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting.
Responsibilities include caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; coordinating care; performing resident assessment; providing resident education; and executing various nursing interventions. The RN may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions, skill sets, and competence levels, while ensuring safe, reliable resident care and addressing concerns.
All duties are performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, the state Administrative Rules, and the professional standards outlined by the American Nurses Association.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred;
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. - Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
