Job Summary

The registered nurse is responsible for implementing the nursing process within Sanford Health and the continuum of care. The nursing process is utilized to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions.

Salary Range: $38.73 - $58.33 per hour
Pay Info: $20,000 bonus (eligible employees)

• Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Attended a pre‑licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or have had at least 400 hours of experience as an RN (or LPN) at another facility.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• License to perform nursing practice over the telephone in the states where the patients being served reside, if applicable.
• Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.
