Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care

This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring residents' conditions. The RN supervises staff, educates residents and families, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards.

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.
• Administer treatments and medications, including wound care and IV therapy as assigned.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide education to residents and families.
• Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies.

• At least one year of recent long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Valid RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Preferred skills: critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and technical proficiency.
