Registered Nurse - Hematology Dysproteinemia Care Team - RN

Overview

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients navigating complex hematologic cancers, including Multiple Myeloma, amyloidosis, and other plasma cell disorders. As a Registered Nurse supporting the Dysproteinemia Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, specialized care to patients at every stage of their journey.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care with a focus on symptom assessment and management, patient and family education, treatment support, and seamless care coordination across the continuum. You’ll build strong relationships with patients while helping them navigate diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship with confidence and support.

You will collaborate closely with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team—including physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and support staff—to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in cutting-edge therapies, including immunotherapy, targeted treatments, and clinical trials in a rapidly evolving field.

• Coordinate nursing care across practice settings and the continuum of care to meet patient and family needs, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through activities such as preceptorship, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and availability of resources.
• Communicate effectively; mentor and teach; participate on committees or projects.
• May be required to drive a personal vehicle as part of the role.

• Registered nurse (RN) license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
• Clinical excellence, adaptability, and strong communication skills; commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide education and treatment support.
• Interest or experience in hematology/oncology and care coordination; opportunities to work with immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and clinical trials.
• Eligibility for TN sponsorship; holders of certain visas may apply. Not eligible for the F-1 STEM OPT extension.
• State licensure and Visa Screen or equivalent certification may be required for sponsorship.
