RN - House Supervisor - 7on​/7off - Night Shift

• Supervise and coordinate nursing unit staffing, providing leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care are met.
• Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during shifts, including performance evaluations.
• Assess patient care needs, develop and distribute care assignments, and ensure appropriate care delivery.
• Evaluate patient outcomes, identify issues affecting care quality, and respond to patient care complaints through established channels.
• Potentially contribute to hiring, training, staff development, and evaluations.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
