Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate all aspects of transplant care. You will assess and plan with patients, caregivers and the multidisciplinary team to meet needs across the care continuum, and educate patients and families.
Requirements include a BSN from ACEN/CCNE accredited program, current RN license, 1 year RN experience (3 years preferred); ability to work flexibly, strong leadership and communication, critical thinking and computer skills.
