Interim Health Care is seeking a PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Rochester, MN to provide compassionate, home-based care. You will work with a physician team and supervise LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver focused, one-on-one nursing services in patients’ homes.
The role requires an active Minnesota RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home healthcare.
