The role involves visualization of the operative site, assisting with hemostasis, wound closure, dressing application, and assisting with drainage and transfusion techniques.
The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited nursing program, RNFA training or experience, aseptic technique knowledge, and BLS certification within 90 days.
