Manufacturing Technician II

Role Overview

Manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials, and processes to ensure efficient assembly of products, meeting customer quality, expectations, and on‑time delivery specifications.

• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing products.
• Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators.
• Troubleshoots operator problems, works with leadership on training and process improvements.
• Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader.
• Assists in testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes.
• Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root‑cause analysis.
• Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for product debug areas.
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors; exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

• 5+ years of experience and ability to effectively train diverse groups.
• Good analytical skills and ability to assimilate a wide range of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal, multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and exercise discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment.
• Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.
• Strong customer service and client focus.
• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and Web Ex conferencing software.
• 2‑year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent education and experience as approved by executive management.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.

Shift 2 – Monday to Thursday, 15:30 to 02:00.

Compensation Range: $24.26 to $30.33 USD per hour.
