Overview
Monarch Investment is seeking a career-oriented Roving Assistant Property Manager to work with our winning team at our 6 properties in Rochester, MN

Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Times may vary based on business needs.
EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practices.
- Ensuring proper use of all standard documents and forms (Leases, Applicants, Renewals, etc.).
- Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels, per owner guidelines.
- Capturing desired tenant renewals at the highest rate possible.
- Managing delinquency of rental and other income (including posting/collecting/tracking relevant information, consistently attempting to collect “Bad Debt” prior to write offs, etc.).
- Responding timely to resident requests and complaints.
- Signing new and renewal lease documents / files as needed.
- Maintaining and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirements.
- Ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest impact.
- 2+ years’ experience in multi-family housing.
- Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI).
- General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines.
- Consistent successful application of fair housing and other legal requirements for leasing and marketing property/units.
- $23 -$26 per hour
