Join my client’s Analytical Science team and help advance innovative CAR-T, gene therapy, and viral vector programs
. This hands‑on role spans the analytical lifecycle, turning scientific questions into rigorous assays that can help move novel therapeutic programs forward.
- Impact cutting-edge cell and gene therapy programs
- Work across assay development, qualification, validation, and application

- Develop and validate cell-based, flow cytometry, and molecular assays
- Characterize CAR-T cells and lentiviral vectors
- Design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot variability, and define next steps
- Perform mammalian cell culture, qPCR/dPCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA techniques
- Prepare methods, protocols, validation documentation, and technical reports
- PhD or MSc in Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- Expertise in multiparameter flow cytometry, panel design, and gating
- Experience with qPCR and/or dPCR
- Strong analytical method development and troubleshooting capabilities
- Scientific writing, communication, and data interpretation skills
