Hourly Shift Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full‑time HOURLY SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Mayo Clinic Methodist, 201 West Center Street, Rochester, MN 55905. Online applications only. The schedule is full‑time with shifts that may vary, including every other weekend and holidays. Pay is $26.00 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training, create work schedules, evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and advance within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous supervisory experience and experience training or evaluating employees is required.
