As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

What We Offer- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00AM to 9:00AM - Paid training to become an expert in flower handling
- Mobile phone allowance to stay connected
- Transportation expense reimbursement per route
- Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees
- Salary per visit: $35.00
- Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
- Restock, organize and monitor flower inventory
- Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities
- Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers and customers
- Support during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas to meet festive demand
- Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary
- Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch and lift products above shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
