Earn up to $25.00/hr: base pay $20.00/hr or more plus performance and store bonuses. Management who meet all performance and training criteria averages $25.00/hr strong performance, reliability, and leadership are rewarded with ongoing and monthly bonus opportunities.

Job SummaryThe Salon Director in Training drives store performance, fosters superior client service, and maintains operational excellence to meet or exceed productivity goals. This role manages and supervises Tanning Consultants, leads by example, and holds the team accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lead by example in all company operations, creating a client‑centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
- Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for team members.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance.
- Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
- Assist the Salon Director in controlling top‑line revenue and expenses.
- Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
- Work nights and weekends.
- Work a 5‑day week with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status.
- Management and/or sales experience required.
- Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
- Problem‑solving and organizational/planning skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
- Team‑building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
