This is an on-site, part-time role for an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions located in Rochester, MN. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, assisting customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining store organization, and executing merchandising strategies. The Assistant Manager will also support the Store Manager in training and developing the team, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills to maintain store operations and presentation
• Sales skills with an understanding of fashion trends
• Experience in fashion retail is a plus
• Leadership abilities to support and manage team members
• High School diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
