About the Role
As a Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate, you are a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring accurate signage, pricing information, and product displays. You support the store’s shopping experience by building eye‑catching displays, staging products, and maintaining merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities- Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
- Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
- Update and validate way finding and product location signage, including digital maintenance.
- Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
- Help drive add‑on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are placed appropriately.
- Repair or replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise, and displays.
- Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
- Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in‑store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
- Utilize web‑based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Lowe’s sales floor experience.
- Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays.
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
- Working knowledge of essential tools (hand tools, drills, saws, etc.).
This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores may be needed.
Working ConditionsLocations vary; may work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions with exposure to varying climates, extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty environments, and constant or intermittent noise. Lifting guidelines limit single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts may be used starting at 75 pounds. Powered equipment should be used with proper training or assistance.
BenefitsCompetitive pay of $15.00 – $15.60 per hour (starting rate may vary based on factors such as position offered, location, education, training, and experience).
