Assistant Manager

Dollar Tree -  - Responsibilities:
Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities;
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed;
Protect and secure company assets, including store cash;
Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards;
Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities;
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors;
Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates;
Assist Store Manager with receiving and returns of merchandise and freight flow;
Order and stock merchandise locations, including frozen & refrigerated items, per productivity standards;
Ensure sales floor is plan-ogrammed and merchandised with sales-effective items
