Domino’s Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers to lead store teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational standards. The role requires judgment, math skills, and strong multitasking ability.

• Oversee all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and set a positive example.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and cash control.
• Handle food management, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain appearance and adherence to standards across the store.
• Ensure timely transportation to and from work.

• Experience operating equipment and handling product preparation.
• Ability to receive and process telephone orders.
• Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and making accurate change.
• Computer keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency.
• Good motor coordination and ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, reaching, squatting).

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Process orders verbally or via telephone.
• Perform precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using computer systems.

• Surface: ceramic tile/brick with linoleum; work surface height 36-48 in.
• Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, stacking up to 72 in high.
• Carrying: large cans (~3.7 lbs), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs each).
• Pushing: moving trays on dollies (up to 30 in) requiring up to 7.5 lbs force; pulling similar trays.
• Climbing stairs or ladder for price changes, maintenance.
• Frequent bending, squatting, crouching, reaching (above 72 in). Continuous tasks lasting 30-45 seconds repeated throughout day.
