We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

You are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, assisting members with loading vehicles, maintaining a clean area, and remaining on your feet rain or shine.

• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members when pickup time is delayed or when products are unavailable.
• Offer alternative product options when needed and ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies.
• Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct safety sweeps, correct and report unsafe situations to facility management, and follow procedures for handling merchandise.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, process member purchases, handle payments according to company policies, and utilize cash registers.
• Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, maintain parking lot cleanliness, and assist members with transporting items.

Relevant experience in customer service and willingness to stand for long periods are preferred. Ability to work a varied schedule and follow company policies are required.
